टोरोन्टोमा विश्व प्रिमियर भएको फिल्म ‘गाउँ आएको बाटो’को विश्व बजारमा पुग्ने क्रम जारी छ । नेपाल प्रदर्शनको पर्खाइमा रहेको फिल्म स्वीडेनको ‘एजियास्टिका फिल्म फेस्टिभल’मा छनौट भएको हो । यसअघि स्वीडेनकै गोटेन्बर्गमा फिल्म छनौट भएको थियो ।
नवीन सुब्बा निर्देशित यो फिल्मको एसिया प्रिमियर बुसान, साउथ अमेरिकन प्रिमियर साओ पाओलो र भारतको जिओ मामी मुम्बईमा प्रदर्शन भएको थियो ।
आमोद राई निर्माता रहेको यस फिल्ममा अभिनेता दयाहाङ राई, पशुपति राई, प्रेम सुब्बा, केशव राई र राज थापा कलाकारका रुपमा देखिएका छन् । महेश राई र निर्देशक सुब्बा मिलेर लेखिएको पटकथामा बनेको फिल्ममा जोस हेरम छायांकन छ । फिल्म जेठ १८ देखि नेपाल प्रदर्शनमा आउने तयारीमा छ ।

The world premiere of the film ‘Gaun aaye ko Bato’ in Toronto continues to reach the world market. The film, which is waiting to be screened in Nepal, has been selected in the ‘Agiastica Film Festival’ in Sweden. Earlier, the film was selected in Sweden’s Gothenburg.
Directed by Naveen Subba, the film had its Asia premiere in Busan, South American premiere in Sao Paulo and India’s Geo Mami in Mumbai.
According to the festival team, this is Nepal’s first entry in Asiatica. Along with the announcement of the film selection, it is mentioned in the post published by Agiastica, “This film directed by a veteran director of Nepal is the first representation of the country in Agiastica”.
Produced by Amod Rai, the film features actors Dayahang Rai, Pashupati Rai, Prem Subba, Keshav Rai and Raj Thapa as actors. Based on a screenplay written by Mahesh Rai and director Subba, the film has Jose Heram cinematography. The film is ready to be released in Nepal on May 18 in Portugal too.
